An alternative collection, with fifty songs from Taizé, taken from Volumes 1 and 2. The people’s edition is a prayer book, not just a song book, and contains elements familiar to those who have taken part in worship in Taizé – psalm singing, Bible readings, silence, prayer around the Cross, a prayer of the Resurrection – the first section of the book forms an outline for a prayer service which can readily be used and adapted for worship in a parish or a group.
